Daily Allowance

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Daily Allowance is a budgeting app for iPhone and Android, made by SP Digital Labs, the name under which Joseph Suzuki Parker, an independent developer based in Japan, publishes apps ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.

The short version: we collect what the app needs to work: your account, the budget you enter, and your subscription status. We don't show ads, sell your data, or track you across other apps and websites. Your spending is only sent to an AI provider when you ask for an AI report or question, and only after you agree. You can delete your account and data from inside the app at any time.

How we use it

We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it.

Where it is stored

Your budget is stored on your device and synced to Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), which keeps it in Google's data centers, which may be in the United States or other countries. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you, and anyone you share a budget with, can read your budget data.

We share information only with the services that run the app:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Children

Daily Allowance is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will also tell you in the app.
